Sams teach yourself C++ in 24 hours by Jesse Liberty

If you are interested in programming, especially in using the C++ language, I strongly recommend this book to you.  Learning a programming language in 24 hours sounds impossible right? But this book has made it possible for you.

This book is designed for everyone who wants to learn the basics of C++ on their own. The author has divided the book into six different parts and 24 lessons. If you go through one lesson within an hour, you can actually pick up C++ programming in 24 hours after going through all the lessons.

Each lesson begins with learning objectives and learner tips to help you learn faster. You can also try out the quizzes at the end of each lesson to test your level of understanding on each topic. The last chapter “HOUR 24: Dealing with Exceptions and Error Handling” is extremely important. It tells you the common errors made in programming and how you can avoid them. Even if you are well-versed in C++, you will still find the last chapter useful.
